To meet this commitment, quality assurance has developed and instituted a comprehensive "in process and final quality assurance system" which clearly identifies process deficiencies, equipment capability, and defect trends using pareto analysis and attribute control charts. In addition, design of experiment, dispersion analysis, and cause and effect diagrams are used to monitor new processes and to solve any technical problems which may arise. The metallurgical lab routinely tests:

• Copper deposits for purity and ductility
• Wire bondability of gold Plating (Au or Al wire)
• Cyclic voltametric stripping analysis
• Destructive analysis
• Thermal stress to delamination
• Cleanliness.

Graphic Research, Inc. also conducts in depth visual, dimensional, physical, and construction integrity on the QC test coupon prior to shipment to the customer.

The Quality Assurance system is in full compliance with ISO9002, and MIL-I-45208. GRLLC is also qualified to MIL-PRF-55110, MIL-P-50884, NASA 5300 and 1161, WS6536, and is UL approved.
